Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit lawmff.com or contact Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Fuhaid Law Services (the “Firm”). It covers the website and initial enquiries. Client files and legal services are also subject to engagement agreements and applicable professional and legal obligations.

1. Information you provide and technical data

We may receive your name, telephone number, contact details, enquiry and other information you choose to provide when contacting us. Hosting, security and analytics services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, visit time and cookie data. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, although contact details may be needed to respond.

Please do not send identity documents, case files or sensitive data through public channels or chat tools before agreeing a suitable secure channel with the Firm.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to respond to enquiries, assess whether we can assist and check conflicts where appropriate, communicate about your request, operate and protect the website, improve performance and meet legal and professional obligations. Depending on the circumstances, processing relies on your consent, performance of an agreement to which you are a party, legal obligations or another basis permitted by Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. Visiting the website does not itself constitute blanket consent to all processing.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and related technical tools. These may use cookies and technical identifiers to measure website usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some functions. Non-essential measurement technologies are subject to applicable consent requirements. Google Tag Manager manages tags; the data processed depends on the tags enabled.

4. Service providers and external platforms

Hosting, security, technical support and analytics providers may access data as necessary to deliver their services, and information may be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required. If you choose WhatsApp or another external platform, that platform’s own privacy policy also applies to its processing. Calendly is not used for appointment booking on this website.

Some technical providers may operate outside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer of personal data outside the Kingdom is subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards. This policy does not imply that all data is stored in Saudi Arabia. Contact us using the details below for information relevant to your enquiry.

5. Retention, deletion and security

Retention depends on the processing purpose, the nature of the relationship, legal and professional duties and relevant claim periods. Enquiry data is retained as needed to handle and follow up the enquiry; client files are retained in line with engagement and legal requirements. When data is no longer needed and there is no lawful reason to retain it, it is appropriately destroyed or de-identified. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect data, but no electronic channel can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your rights and privacy requests

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, subject to applicable exceptions, you may request information about the basis and purpose of processing, access and a readable copy of your data, correction, completion or updating, destruction where the conditions are met, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or continuing legal obligations.

For a privacy request, enquiry or complaint, call +966 59 505 1554 or contact us on WhatsApp and state that your request concerns privacy. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Requests are handled within the applicable statutory periods. You may also complain to the competent Saudi data protection authority through its official channels.

7. Updates and language
