Terms of Service Policy
These terms govern use of lawmff.com, the website of Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Fuhaid Law Services (the “Firm”). Please read them before using the website or submitting an enquiry.
1. Website information
The website provides general information about the Firm, its services and contact channels. Its content is not legal advice for a specific matter or a promise of any outcome. Laws and procedures change; confirm information and deadlines relevant to your circumstances with a qualified lawyer.
2. Professional relationship and engagement
Visiting the website, sending a message or requesting a consultation does not itself create a lawyer–client relationship. An engagement begins after the Firm accepts the work, completes necessary checks and agrees the scope, fees and terms. An enquiry does not confirm an appointment, acceptance of a case or suspension of any legal deadline.
3. Fees and appointments
Fees, expenses, applicable taxes, payment terms and any cancellation or refund arrangements are specified in the engagement agreement or approved quotation for the service. This website does not establish a universal refund policy or a paid commitment merely because you contact us. Contact the Firm directly to arrange appointments; the website does not offer Calendly booking.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate enquiry information. Do not attempt to compromise or disrupt it, send harmful or misleading content or infringe another person’s rights. Do not send confidential documents or sensitive data before agreeing a suitable channel.
5. Confidentiality and privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable legal and professional obligations. Electronic contact channels remain subject to technical risks. Chat tools or automated replies, if displayed, do not replace legal advice or the Firm’s acceptance of an engagement.
6. Intellectual property
Content, marks and designs belong to the Firm or their respective licensed owners, as applicable. Lawful personal viewing and use is permitted. Republishing, commercial exploitation or use of the Firm’s identity in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement requires permission or another lawful basis.
7. External links and availability
Links to WhatsApp, social platforms and other external services are subject to those services’ own terms and policies. We seek accurate information and continued availability, but interruptions, delays and errors may occur. No case outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory legal rights.
8. Applicable law, language and updates
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts or bodies under the applicable jurisdiction rules. The English version is provided for convenience; Arabic is the reference if interpretations differ, to the extent legally permitted. Updates are published on this page with their date and do not amend a signed engagement except as permitted by its terms and applicable law.
9. Contact
